New group alert! Our lunch club started last week, this is a new session for couples, come along and bring your lunch to enjoy, we will provide refreshments and activities for you to take part in, no need to book just come along.
Events listed below are get togethers with refreshments provided – unless otherwise indicated. If you already attend we want to see you again and if you want to come for the first time you can be sure of a very warm welcome despite the colder weather outside!
Monday 9th October
10am to noon Snap tin café at Goldthorpe
10am to 1pm Monk Bretton Café – referral only please see a member of staff to book a place
1pm to 3pm Time 4 Tea- enjoy a cuppa and bingo
3pm online yoga – please phone for a link to join in

A support group for carers is taking place between 1pm and 2pm
Wednesday 11th October
1pm to 3pm New group lunch club for couples, bring your lunch and enjoy some activities and a chat

Good news – the rummage sale we had at our centre raised over £300!!! Thanks to all involved
COMING UP
10th October Carer Support staff will be in the Colliers’ restaurant at Barnsley Hospital offering advice from 10.15am – 11.45am
11th October – a race night in aid of BIADS is to be held at Locky’s bar in Wombwell
12th October our Halloween themed social event at the Holiday Inn 12 noon -3pm – fancy dress optional
27th October – our Friday drop in is Halloween themed, we definitely encourage fancy dress, there maybe even a few treats or tricks!
