What’s happening
Week commencing 29th January, we have spaces in our activity sessions please see a member of staff
Events listed below are get togethers with refreshments provided – unless otherwise indicated. If you already attend we want to see you again and if you want to come for the first time you can be sure of a very warm welcome despite the colder weather outside!
Monday 29th January
10am to noon Snap tin café at Goldthorpe drop in cuppa and a bacon sandwich only £3 for attendees
3pm online yoga – please phone for a link to join in, staff will help and talk you through how to connect.
Tuesday 30th January
1pm to 2pm Carer support group
Wednesday 31st January
1pm to 3pm Drop in café for ex carers
1pm to 3pm Lunch club for couples (carer and loved one)
Thursday 1st February
1pm to 2pm Carer support group
Friday 2nd February
10am- 12 midday drop in café
We have spaces at our Gym on a Friday morning, please see a member of staff as referral is needed.
Places at day centre available all week please see a member of staff to book
Coming up
Next BIADS Holiday 20th May to 24th May travelling to the North Euston Hotel in Fleetwood to include 2 day trips, please register your interest with a member of staff by the 16th February, ask a member of staff for a form to fill in.
The walking group starts back in May we meet at Locke park at 10am every Thursday for a slow meander around the park and a cuppa in the café half way, this can be enjoyed as a couple or you could leave your loved one in the safe hands of one of our volunteers referral is needed so please see a member of staff.
