What a fantastic day, the weather was perfect for Don and Jeremy’s 47th annual golf tournament, held at Wortley Golf Club on 27th June. The event was a huge success raising an outstanding £5300.00 and we are so grateful that we were chosen has their charity. Your fundraising ensures we can continue to provide vital services from one-to-one support and activity sessions to information and advice for carers. You are not just raising funds — you are raising spirits.
