Carer Support Group 1pm-2pm

The opportunity for carers to get together and discuss, openly and freely what is it like to be a carer for somebody living with dementia. This group is non-judgmental and is supported by a carer support worker who can offer advice, information and all round support. There will be lots of laughter and maybe some tears – come and join us to find out more.
