£10,608 per annum (actual)

20 hours per week

This role is funded by the Big Lottery Fund, and involves direct provision of activities, for people with dementia and their carers, alongside monitoring their effectiveness and producing reports.  Applicants should have experience of project delivery and experience of working with people with dementia would be an advantage.

The post holder will develop relationships with staff and volunteers across the organisation, service users, relatives and carers and will be responsible for developing services as appropriate with all stakeholders.
