David Woolams and his wife, Linda, of Athersley North have set themselves the challenge of cycling 100 miles on their tandem to raise funds for BIADS.  They have calculated that this equates to 62.5 laps of Pugneys and they hope to complete the challenge over the next three or four weeks.  The first lap will take place on 1st June – this special date sees BIADS reaching its tenth birthday – what a fabulous way to celebrate!

David said “when Linda was first diagnosed with dementia we didn’t know which way to turn. Thankfully we found BIADS and they gave us all the support and advice we could ever have hoped for. They have been a life line to us and we want to raise some money to thank them and try and help towards getting them through this current crisis”.  Donate at https://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/davidandlindatandem
